The Egyptian Commercial Service (ECA) plans to increase the value of its annual exports to African countries to $30 billion (EGP 469.21 billion) within three to five years, Amwal al Ghad cited an ECA official on November 10th. Achieving this target value “is not impossible,” yet requires collaboration between all state and concerned entities, the official added. The North African country earlier said it would operate about 90% of the exports and imports system electronically by the end of 2020.
