Mexico to host trade fair for local products

 MEXICO The municipal government, through its Tourism Office, will be celebrating the National Tourism Week. In line with this, the town will be hosting a trade fair and food bazaar on September 26-28, 2022. The activity is aimed at showcasing the products and crafts of the town as well as its food and delicacies. The event also aims to place Mexico as a destination for food and other art products. The town’s tourism office is calling on interested individuals residing in Mexico, local business owners, and micro, small and medium enterprises to take advantage of event which will be showcasing their products.

 

Interested parties are urged to coordinate with the town’s municipal tourism office for details. The National Tourism Week is celebrated every last week of September by virtue of Proclamation No. 894 signed on October 3, 1996, by then President Fidel Ramos. The celebration coincides with the declaration by the UNWTO of September 27 as World Tourism Day, and Proclamation No. 1942 was signed in 1980.
