Serbia's foreign trade deficit edged up 0.2% on the year to $6.057 billion (4.927 billion euro) in the first eleven months of 2020, the country's statistical office said on Wednesday. The country's exports went down 3.1% to $17.585 billion in January-November, while imports fell by 2.2% to $23.643 billion, the office said in a statement.
The export-import ratio edged down to 74.4% from 74.6% in the first eleven months of 2019. In November alone, Serbia's exports went up 8.8% on the year to $1.9 billion and imports rose 12.5% to $2.606 billion, resulting in a $706.6 million deficit.
