Oman has witnessed more than 50 percent increase in the country's exports between 2021 and 2022, according to official government data.
Figures released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information recorded a 55.9 per cent rise in exports between January 2021 and January 2022, Times of Oman reported. Of these, merchandise exports totalled OMR17.145 billion last year, revenue from oil and gas accounted for OMR10.03 billion, while non-oil exports brought in a further OMR5.79 billion.
